Will I Ever Get a Girlfriend – Learning to be Positive
Are you tired of going out to the bars or other events and never leaving with a phone number or confirmed date? If so, you are not alone! Men around the globe go through the same scenario, wanting to date but not knowing exactly how to go about getting one. You can get a date but it starts with having a positive outlook.
A common mistake made by both men and women is that they go out, meet someone, and then spend all their time whining or criticizing a former spouse or mate. This type of information is frustrating, uninteresting, and even considered boring to a woman. Therefore, you will need to push all negativity about your past relationship(s), job, or life to the side.
You always want to start on a positive note, looking at the various aspects of your life as good, even if they may not be perfect. Now, you do not have to make up stories or sugar coat your life but find the areas that are good and focus on those. Bringing drama or negativity into a conversation early on will shut things down quickly.
Keep initial conversations light, which means you should not jump right into your life’s history. Some things are best left a little mysterious so talk about life, music, activities, hobbies, and other similar things. Then, while you want to provide women with information about yourself, you will capture a woman’s attention by showing interest in her. You can do this by asking questions but without drilling her to death.
You will get more dates by acting in a positive manner and having positive energy about you. Even if you are not considered handsome, carry around a little too much weight, or have a low-paying job, you can still get a date with your personality. Okay, no one likes to hear that but it is fact. Many women look for a man who has depth, humor, and interest, giving little concern about looks or income. For this reason, you should focus on being positive!
Women flock to men who have a positive attitude, those who come across as having it all together. Therefore, by making a few adjustments to the way in which you view dating will ultimately help with dating. Be positive, friendly, honest, funny, and confident. All of these characteristic traits combined make for a very attractive man. In fact, you may find that instead of you having to search for a date, women approach you. You will be amazed at the difference in how women view you by making a few simple changes.
