Flirting Tips – Part Two
In the first part of Flirting Tips, we provided a general guideline on what you can do to let someone know you are interested. In this second part, we wanted to talk specifically about flirting with a woman. Although it might be difficult, remember that you need to present yourself to a woman with confidence, which to her is very attractive. Flirting with a woman is about interest, you showing interest in her life, interests, friends, family, job, and so on. The following are some helpful tips on how you can flirt with woman successfully.
- Opportunity – When out in public, if you see a woman you are interested in getting to know more about, seize the opportunity. Remember, eventually another man is going to approach her, meaning you might have lost your one opportunity. Therefore, never shy away. Sure, you may be rejected but you may not be.
- Eye Contact – Women love it when men flirt by eye contact. Keep in mind that women can misunderstand flirtatious moves just as men can so by looking her directly in the eye, you remove any question. Of all flirting moves, eye contact is by far the most powerful. Now, you obviously would not want to stare so hard that you burn a hole right through her but you do want to playfully look at the woman and smile.
- Interest – Again, after approaching the woman, you need to show genuine interest in her life. Although small talk is the initial interaction between two strangers, work on the questions you will ask so they are heartfelt and solid.
- Flattery – With a woman, flattery will go a long way, as long is it s sincere. Women can detect when you are throwing compliments around just to get in closer. Therefore, find something you like about her and do not be afraid to tell her. For instance, if her smile was what captured your attention in the first place, tell her, “You have the most infectious smile”.
- Fun – Do not forget to make the flirting process fun. Many men are tense, which makes the entire experience feel awkward. Instead, just be yourself, relax, and enjoy the prospect of meeting a wonderful woman.
- Smile – Your smile will tell the woman many things about you. For one thing, a smile disarms a woman, helping her let down her guard. Smiles create a good first and lasting impression, making you inviting and interesting. You do not need to sit there through the entire conversation smiling but be free with the grins.
- Signals – You also want to make sure the signals you relay to the woman are clear for her to understand. For instance, if you see a woman you would really like to meet, then approach her and tell her that she is beautiful and she caught your attention. Right off the bat, she will know that you want to know more about her.
- Speech – Finally, when you talk to a woman, be sure you keep your voice to a level for a one-on-one conversation, not loud for the entire bar to hear. Make your voice warm and soothing, which again helps put her at ease. Then, as mentioned in part one, after talking for a while, you might lean over and whisper a compliment in her ear.
